Please read thoroughly before contacting me for a commission!
No physical item will be delivered for either 2D or 3D commissions. They are purely digital.
Currently, all payment must be delivered through PayPal invoices. Ko-fi commissions may be offered in the future.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, including poor behavior from the commissioner.
Commissioners must be 18+.
Work commissioned from me may not be used for commercial purposes without prior permission, and may not be made into an NFT under any circumstances.
Commissioned work must not be claimed as the commissioner's own work or posted without credit.
I may post the commissioned work on my website or social media, with attribution to the commissioner. The commissioner can request that I do not post it or do not name them.
Prices are subject to alteration over time, or based upon the complexity of the subject. I will adjust the price before taking the commission; the commissioner will never have to pay more than agreed.
Commissioners may ask any questions on the status on their commission.
For 2D commissions, payment will be taken after the initial sketch is completed and approved by the commissioner. For 3D commissions, payment will be taken after an initial sculpt/blocking out of the body of the model is completed and approved by the commissioner.
Clear visual references are required for character art. I may ask questions about specifics and details of the character, especially for 3D commissions.
Do not attempt to circumvent my list of "NO"s. If I have a suspicion about this, or find the commission outside of my ability, I will deny the commission or discuss alterations to the request with the commissioner.
Please be patient. All 2D works should take a maximum of 2 weeks, while 3D commissions will take longer (I will offer an estimate in the future once I am actively taking these commissions).
I will send progress pictures if the commissioner desires. (Progress pictures are much more heavily encouraged for 3D commissions, considering the difficulty of going back to fix things from the final product.)
Commissioners may request up to 3 major alterations to the commissioned work from a progress picture or the final product. Further alterations can be discussed, potentially requiring extra costs.
Please include the word "cranberry" in your contact with me as indication that you have read my TOS.
