The definition of "complex design" can be discussed during the commission process; it'll mostly involve things like outfits with many features or accessories.
Percentages are not added together. Each is a multiplier applied to price. I will always give you a quote after the initial request and verify the final price!

Sketches are available, pay what you want! Feel free to add a note to a Ko-Fi donation where I can message you on your Ko-Fi, or just contact me the same as any other commission.
